Description Scott D. Rued has served as our Chairman of the Board since March 2010 and has been a director of our company since March 2005. Mr. Rued also served as our Chairman of the Board from March 2005 to July 2008. Mr. Rued has been a Managing Partner of Thayer | Hidden Creek since 2003. Mr. Rued also serves as a director of Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc., a publicly traded supplier of integrated system solutions for the global commercial vehicle market.
