Scott Schneider
Description Scott N. Schneider has served as a director of Centennial since January 2005. He is currently an Operating Partner and Chairman of Media and Communications for Diamond Castle Holdings, LP, a private equity firm. He was previously President and Chief Operating Officer of Citizens Communications Company from 2002 to 2004 and held various executive positions at Citizens since 2000. Prior to joining Citizens, Mr. Schneider was Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Century Communications, where he worked from 1991 to 1999. Mr. Schneider also served as Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Treasurer and a member of the Board of Directors of Centennial from 1991 to 1999, which was partially owned by Century Communications during such period.
