Scott Silverman
Description Scott R. Silverman, 46, served as our acting president from March 2007 through May 4, 2007, as our chief executive officer from December 5, 2006 through July 18, 2008, as chairman of our Board of Directors from March 2003 through July 18, 2008 and as a member of our Board of Directors from February 2002 through July 18, 2008. On November 12, 2008, he was again appointed to our Board of Directors, to serve as chairman, and was again appointed as chief executive officer on August 27, 2009. He also served as our chief executive officer from April 2003 to June 2004. He served as the chairman of the Board of Directors of Digital Angel from March 2003 through July 3, 2007, and served as chief executive officer of Digital Angel from March 2003 to December 5, 2006, and as acting president of Digital Angel from April 2005 to December 5, 2006. Mr. Silverman served as the chairman of Steel Vault, our now wholly-owned subsidiary, from January 2006 until November 11, 2009.
