He also served as the Chief Operating Officer and Corporate President of M&F Bank until December 2008. He has been a director of the Company since 1983.Effective December 31, 2009, Scott M. Wiggers retired from the position of President and Vice Chairman of the Company.He will continue to serve as a director of the Company.
