Stephen Adik
Description Mr. Adik served as Vice Chairman at NiSource Inc. (NYSE: NI), a Fortune 500 electric, natural gas and pipeline company, from December 2000 until his retirement in December 2003. He served on the Board of NiSource from December 2000 to May 2005. He is a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee of NorthWestern Corporation, an electric and natural gas company, and a member of the Board of Directors of American Water Works Company, a national provider of water and waste water treatment. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Chicago South Shore and South Bend Railroad, a regional railroad company and the Dearborn Mid-West Conveyor Company, a supplier of material handling equipment to the automotive and bulk materials industry. Mr. Adik received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Stevens Institute of Technology, and an MBA degree in Finance from Northwestern University.
