Description Mr. Ben? has served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since October 2004. From April 2004 to October 2004, Mr. Ben? held the position of Vice President, Acting General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, and from June 2003 to April 2004, he held the position of Vice President and Associate General Counsel. Prior to June 2003, Mr. Ben? had served as internal legal counsel since joining EA in March 1995. Mr. Ben? earned his J.D. from Stanford Law School, and received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Rice University. Mr. Ben? is a member of the Bar of the State of California.
