Description Stephen M. Brett. Mr. Brett has served as Chairman of our board since June 2005 and as a director on our board since January 2001. He has been of counsel to Sherman and Howard, a law firm, since January 2001. He was Senior Executive Vice President for AT&T Broadband from March 1999 to April 2000.
