Stephen A. Calhoun, 57, joined the Bank in January 2005 as Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer. From 1999 to 2004, Mr. Calhoun served as Senior Vice President of Information Technology for First Essex Bank/Sovereign Bank in Andover, Massachusetts. Previous to 1999, Mr. Calhoun was Vice President of Operations and Systems for Somerset Bank/U.S. Trust.
