Stephen Chen
Description Stephen Chen has been a director of the Company since February 1996. He has been President and Chief Executive Officer of STC International, Inc., a health care investment firm, since May 1992. From August 1989 to May 1992 he was Director of Pharmaceutical Research and Development for the Ciba Consumer Pharmaceuticals Division of Ciba-Geigy.
