Stephen Dearholt
Description Mr. Dearholt has served as a Director of the Company since April 1996. Mr. Dearholt is a co-founder of, and partner in, Insurance Processing Center, Inc., one of the largest privately owned life insurance marketing organizations in the United States, since 1972. He has over 36 years of experience in direct response advertising and data based marketing of niche products. In late 1995, Mr. Dearholt arranged, on very short notice, a $1 million bridge loan which assisted the Company in its purchase of Chartex. He is a past board member of the Children?s Hospital Foundation of Wisconsin, the Zoological Society of Milwaukee, Planned Parenthood Association of Wisconsin, and past Chairman of the Board of the New Day Club, Inc.
