Description Stephen W. Dederick has been Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Walden Federal since 2004. Prior to joining Walden Federal, Mr. Dederick served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Community Bank of Orange, NA from April 2002 until March 2004. Mr. Dederick served as Senior Vice President at Berkshire Bank from March 2001 until January 2002. Mr. Dederick served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Goshen Savings Bank from 1997 until its acquisition in 2001. Mr. Dederick has served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Hometown Bancorp MHC and Hometown Bancorp since their formation. Mr. Dederick joined Walden Federal in 2004. Age 53.
