Description Mr. Dobbs has been Senior Group President, Industrial & Infrastructure and Global Services since March 2009. Prior to that, he was Senior Group President, Industrial & Infrastructure, Government and Global Services from March 2007 to March 2009; Group President, Industrial and Infrastructure from September 2005 to March 2007; President, Infrastructure from 2002 to September 2005; and President, Transportation from 2001 to 2002.
