Stephen Dowd
Description Stephen Dowd, age 55, has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Community Mutual since October 2005. Mr. Dowd has extensive experience in finance, having served as the chief financial officer of a technology consulting firm from 1999 to 2005. From 1990 to 1999, Mr. Dowd held various accounting and finance positions at ASARCO, a publicly held international mining company. Prior to that, Mr. Dowd was a senior manager at Ernst and Young, in the New York and White Plains offices, where he served clients in numerous industries, including banking.
