Stephen King
Description Stephen D. King was appointed Chief Executive Officer effective September 15, 2006 and has served as a director since July 8, 2004. Mr. King also served as our President from May 15, 2006 to September 15, 2006. Since April 2008, Mr. King has served as Chief Executive Officer and a director of Standard Gold, Inc., a majority owned subsidiary of the Company. Since March 2009, Mr. King has also served as the Chief Executive Officer and a director of CGMR (BVI) in which the Company holds a 50% equity interest. Since October 2000, Mr. King has served as President of SDK Investments, Inc., a private investment firm located in Atlanta, Georgia specializing in corporate finance and investing.
