Description Stephen P. Krill, age 57, who became an employee of the Corporation in September 2005 and was elected Treasurer in December 2005. Previously, from January 16, 2005, Mr. Krill provided financial consulting services to the Corporation as an employee of Resources Global Professionals, a temporary financial staffing company; from 2001 to 2005 he was an associate with Robert Half, Inc., also a temporary financial staffing company; and previous to that he spent 15 years at Southco Inc., a manufacturer of access hardware, as a Controller and Corporate Financial Consultant.
