Stephen Martin
Description Stephen A. Martin has served as the Company's Vice President/General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since March 2008. Mr. Martin previously served as Vice President/Corporate Counsel from January 2007 through February 2008 and as Associate Corporate Counsel from December 2005 through December 2006. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Martin was an associate at Latham & Watkins LLP from January 2002 through October 2005. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Martin served as an officer in the United States Air Force for over six years. Mr. Martin received a B.S.E.E. from the University of Miami, an M.S.E.E. from the University of Southern California and a J.D. from Duke University School of Law.
