Description Stephen V. Murphy (Age 63), President of S.V. Murphy Co., Inc. Previously, he served as Managing Director in the Investment Banking Department of Merrill Lynch Capital Markets and for The First Boston Corporation in a number of positions, including Managing Director in its Corporate Finance Department. Mr. Murphy also serves as a director of The First of Long Island Corporation, The First National Bank of Long Island, Excelsior Venture Partners, Excelsior Directional Hedge Fund of Funds, Inc., Holborn Corporation, Abilities!, Peoples' Symphony Concerts, and Locust Valley Cemetery Association.
