Description Stephen E. Nelson was promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of the Company and the Bank during 2008. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Nelson served as Senior Vice President of the Company and Bank since 2001 and has served in various capacities with the Bank since 1988.
