Description Mr. Nussdorf was appointed Chairman of our Board of Directors in February 2004. Mr. Nussdorf is also an executive officer of Quality King Distributors, Inc., a privately held distributor of pharmaceuticals and health and beauty care products, and he was, until the Merger, President and a Director of Model Reorg. Mr. Nussdorf joined Quality King in 1972 and Model Reorg in 1996 and has served various capacities in all divisions of their businesses.
