Stephen Pagliuca
Description On February 4, 2010, Mr. Stephen G. Pagliuca was re-elected to the board of directors of the Company. Mr. Pagliuca, 55, previously served as a director of the Company from July 1990 to September 2009 when he resigned to enter the Massachusetts U.S Senate race. Mr. Pagliuca is a Managing Director of Bain Capital Partners, LLC and is also a Managing Partner and an owner of the Boston Celtics basketball franchise. Mr. Pagliuca joined Bain & Company in 1982, and founded the Information Partners private equity fund for Bain Capital in 1989. Prior to joining Bain, Mr. Pagliuca worked as a senior accountant and international tax specialist for Peat Marwick Mitchell & Company in the Netherlands. Mr. Pagliuca is a director of Burger King Holdings, Inc., Hospital Corporation of America, Warner Chilcott Corporation and various private companies.
