Stephen Reitman
Description Stephen F. Reitman has served as a member of our board of directors since October 2007. Since 1984, Reitman has served as a director, executive vice president and chief operating officer of Reitmans (Canada) Limited, Canada's largest speciality ladies' wear retailer, which is publicly traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange. From 1971 to 1984, Reitman held various management positions with Reitmans. Reitman also currently serves on the board of directors of Celio International S.A., a privately-held European apparel retailer.
