Description Stephen J. Rohleder, 51, has been our chief operating officer since September 2004. From March 2003 to September 2004, he was our group chief executive - Public Service operating group. From March 2000 to March 2003, he was managing partner of our Public Service operating group in the United States. Mr. Rohleder has been with Accenture for 27 years.On June 29, 2009 Accenture Ltd ('Accenture') issued a press release announcing that Stephen J. Rohleder will resign the position of chief operating officer of Accenture, effective August 31, 2009. On August 11, 2009, Accenture Ltd issued a press release announcing that Johan (Jo) G. Deblaere has been named chief operating officer of Accenture, succeeding Stephen J. Rohleder. Stephen J. Rohleder, as previously announced, has been named group chief executive of Accenture's newly created Health & Public Service operating group, which integrates all components of the company's Public Service operating group with the healthcare payer and provider segments of its Health & Life Sciences industry group to form the basis for an expanded go-to-market strategy in public service and healthcare.
