Stephen Schnoor
Description Stephen J. Schnoor, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since January 1, 2008. Served as Vice President and Controller of the Company from May 15, 1998 to December 31, 2007. Served as Vice President and Controller of the Patent Construction Systems Division from February 1996 to May 1998 and as Controller of the Patent Construction Systems Division from January 1993 to February 1996. Previously served in various auditing positions for the Company from 1988 to 1993. Prior to joining Harsco, he served in various auditing positions for Coopers & Lybrand from September 1985 to April 1988. Mr. Schnoor is a Certified Public Accountant. On July 6, 2010, the Company issued a press release announcing that Stephen J. Schnoor, who serves as the Company?s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, added the title of Treasurer to his responsibilities.
