Description Stephen B. Ungar, Secretary and General Counsel, joined the Company in 2001. Mr. Ungar also serves as General Counsel and Secretary of the Company?s subsidiaries and as a director of: AIIC, AICK, MCIC, SNIC, ANA, ANAF, AmTrust Captive Holdings Limited, AmTrust Re (Luxembourg), AmTrust Re 2007 (Luxembourg), AmTrust Re Beta, AmTrust Re Gamma and AmTrust Re Omega. From 1990 to 2001, Mr. Ungar served as Special Counsel and Managing Attorney with the State of New York Insurance Department.
