Stephen Willard
Description Stephen H. Willard is our Chief Executive Officer and also serves on our Board of Directors. Prior to being asked to serve in his present capacity by the Board of Directors in June of 2005, Mr. Willard was Flamel?s Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel. Immediately prior to joining us in August, 2000, Mr. Willard was employed as a vice president of Biovail, a pharmaceutical company. He also worked as an investment banker at Credit Suisse First Boston and as an attorney with Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and Shearman & Sterling LLP.
