Stephen Wills
Description STEPHEN T. WILLS, MST, CPA, has been vice president, secretary, treasurer and chief financial officer since 1997 and has been executive vice president of operations since 2005. From July 1997 to August 2000, Mr. Wills was also a vice president and the chief financial officer of Derma Sciences, Inc., a publicly-held company which provides wound and skin care products, and currently serves as lead director of Derma. Mr. Wills is also a director of U.S. Helicopter Corp., a publicly-held company. From 1991 to August 2000, he was the president and chief operating officer of Golomb, Wills & Company, P.C., a public accounting firm. Mr. Wills, a certified public accountant, received his B.S. in accounting from West Chester University, and an M.S. in taxation from Temple University.
