Sterling Brinkley
Description Mr. Brinkley has served as either Chairman of the Board or Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of EZCORP since 1989. Mr. Brinkley serves as a Director of Albemarle & Bond Holdings plc, of which we own just under 30%. In addition, Mr. Brinkley was President and Chairman of the Board of MS Pawn Corporation, the general partner of MS Pawn Limited Partnership until 2004. Mr. Brinkley served as Chairman of the Board, Chairman of the Executive Committee, or Chief Executive Officer of Crescent Jewelers, Inc., an affiliate of EZCORP from 1988 to March 2005. Crescent Jewelers, a private company, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in August 2004. From 1990 to December 2003, he served as Chairman of the Board or Chairman of the Executive Committee of Friedman's, Inc., a publicly traded affiliate of EZCORP.
