Steven Berg
Description Steven J. Berg, age 58, has served as Senior Vice President, Legal Counsel and Compliance Officer of the Bank since October 1996 and also provides legal services to the Bank's subsidiary, Harrington Wealth Management Company. At the time Mr. Berg joined the Bank, Mr. Berg was in private law practice in Santa Barbara and Goleta, California, where he focused on banking and creditors' rights law. Prior to that, Mr. Berg served in various legal positions, including general counsel with a $5 billion thrift in Santa Barbara, California.
