Description On May 16, 2003, the Company's board of directors appointed Steve Bonenberger to serve as President, Secretary and Chief Executive Officer. During the past five years, Mr. Bonenberger was the managing director of B.M.M., LLC, a corporate consulting firm. Going forward, he intends to devote a significant portion of his time to the furtherance of our operations. On August 24, 2010, the Registrant accepted the resignation of Steven Bonenberger as President of the Registrant.
