Description Steven A. Everhart, Secretary/Treasurer, MBC Holdings, Inc. With a background in public accounting, Mr. Everhart is the Board of Directors? designated financial expert providing financial expertise to the board structure. As an active Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Everhart worked for Ernst & Young, a large international accounting firm. His experience includes external bank audits and involvement with large corporate mergers and acquisitions. Currently, Mr. Everhart is the Secretary/Treasurer and board member of a multi-state construction group that specializes in highway contracting, bridge building, steel erection, commercial and industrial construction, as well as environmental remediation. His professional duties include all financial activities and financial reporting, audit preparation, budgeting, compensation reviews, and knowledge of government regulatory requirements. He is a long-term resident of northwest Ohio with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from the University of Cincinnati.
