Mr. Fetter has extensive experience in connection with the regulated utility industry, having served as the Chairman of the Michigan Public Service Commission and as a Managing Director of the Global Power Group within FitchRatings. He currently serves as President of Regulation UnFettered, a consulting firm specializing in matters relating to the regulation of electric and natural gas utilities.
