Steven Goldstone
Description Mr. Goldstone (64 years of age) has served as non-executive Chairman of the ConAgra Foods Board since October 1, 2005. He has been a manager of Silver Spring Group (private investment firm) since 2000. From 1999 to 2000, Mr. Goldstone served as Chairman of Nabisco Group Holdings (food company). Mr. Goldstone is a director of Merck & Co., Inc. and Greenhill & Co., Inc. Mr. Goldstone also served as a director of Trane Inc. from 2002 until 2008.
