Description Steven Kelman, Ph.D., age 61, has served as a director since 1997. Since 1997, he has been the Weatherhead Professor of Public Management at Harvard University?s John F. Kennedy School of Government. From 1993 to 1997, Dr. Kelman served as Administrator of the Office of Federal Procurement Policy at the Office of Management and Budget. From 1986 to 1993, he was Professor of Public Policy at Harvard University?s John F. Kennedy School of Government. As a result of these and other professional experiences, Mr. Kelman possesses particular knowledge and experience in government operations and policy matters, as well as Federal regulatory insight that strengthen the Board?s collective qualifications, skills and experience.
