Steven Kemps
Description Mr. Kemps, age 45, joined us in February 2006 as Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel. In January 2008, Mr. Kemps was promoted to General Counsel, and became Executive Vice President in August 2008. Prior to joining us, Mr. Kemps held various positions with Kimberly-Clark Corporation from 1997 to 2006. From 1993 to 1997, he was an attorney with Dorsey & Whitney, LLP, and from 1991 to 1993, he served as a law clerk to Judge Paul A. Magnuson of the United States District Court, Minnesota.
