Steven List
Description On December 31, 2009, Steven List was elected to the Board of Directors. Mr. List is 42 years old and is currently an independent consultant. Previously, Mr. List was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Mattress Giant Corporation from February 2002 to June 2008 and served as the Managing Director of Crossroads, LLC from December 1998 to January 2002. From May 1995 to November 1998, he served as Senior Manager, Corporate Restructuring at KPMG, LLP. Mr. List earned his BBA in accounting from the University of Oklahoma and is a certified public accountant and certificated insolvency and restructuring advisor.
