Steven Museles
Description Steven A. Museles, 46, has served as a director and our Co-Chief Executive Officer since January 2010. Mr. Museles previously served as our Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary from our inception in 2000 until January 2010, and in similar capacities for CapitalSource Bank from July 2008 through December 2009. Mr. Museles received his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and his juris doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center. Mr. Museles has extensive experience in corporate and securities laws, corporate finance and corporate governance matters and strong strategic planning skills.
