Steven Neil
Description Steven M. Neil has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of Diamond since March 2008. In addition, Mr. Neil has served on our board of directors since July 2005. Prior to joining Diamond, Mr. Neil was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Cooper Companies, Inc., a company that manufactures specialty healthcare products, from April 2007 until March 2008. From January 2005 to April 2007, Mr. Neil was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Cooper Companies. From July 2003 to January 2005, he served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Ocular Sciences, Inc., a contact lens company. From October 1997 to June 2003, he was Executive Vice President, Finance, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of Sola International, a marketer of eyeglass lenses. He holds a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and an M.B.A. from the Anderson School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles. Effective April 17, 2009, Steve Neil, the Company's Executive Vice President, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer, will assume responsibility for the operations, supply chain and logistics functions that previously reported to Mr. Ford.
