Steven Polacek
Description Mr. Polacek, 50 years old, most recently served as senior vice president, chief administrative officer and chief financial officer of Opus Corporation, a privately-owned holding company that oversaw the operations of the Opus Group of full-service real estate development companies, from September 2005 to October 2009. Prior to joining Opus, Mr. Polacek was a partner in the Minneapolis office of Deloitte & Touche LLP from 2002 to 2005, and was managing partner of the Minneapolis office of Arthur Andersen LLP from 1995 to 2002. He is a member of the board of directors of C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. On March 4, 2010, Hutchinson Technology Incorporated announced that Steven L. Polacek has been appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective March 8, 2010. On August 26, 2010, Hutchinson Technology Incorporated announced that Steven L.
