Steven Pollema
Description Steven C. Pollema has been Vice President, Integrated Contact Solutions Business Unit since December 2007. Previously, he served as Vice President, Operations and Chief Financial Officer of eLoyalty since December 2004. Prior to that, Mr. Pollema served as Vice President, Delivery and Operations of eLoyalty since August 2001, after joining eLoyalty in June 2001 as Senior Vice President, Operations. Prior to joining eLoyalty, Mr. Pollema had been with MarchFirst, Inc. and its predecessor, Whittman-Hart, Inc., since June 1997, most recently as its President from March 2001 to May 2001. Prior to assuming the office of President, Mr. Pollema was Executive Vice President-Global Operations of MarchFirst from October 2000 through March 2001 and Managing Executive ?
