Steven Quist
Description Steven M. Quist, age 64, was appointed to the Board of Directors on March 2001. Mr. Quist has been the Principal of Blackmore Peak Partners, a management consulting firm since 2003. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of CyberOptics Corporation, from 1998 until 2003 and a Director of CyberOptics Corporation from 1991 to 2004. From 1992 to 1998 he was President of Rosemount Inc., a subsidiary of Emerson Electric Co. Mr. Quist has been a director of Rimage Corporation since 2000. Also, Mr. Quist is a director of three privately held companies: ILX Lightwave Corporation, S2 Corporation, and Nervonix, Inc. Mr. Quist has extensive operating, executive leadership and public company experience, as well as CEO experience in a related industry and extensive knowledge of Data I/O, that the Board of Directors? believes qualifies him to serve as a Data I/O Director.
