Steven Romick
Description Mr. Romick, 46, a director of the Company since 2003, has been an investment advisor and member of First Pacific Advisors, LLC, an investment advisory firm for more than the past five years. Mr. Romick has served as Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Company since 2005 and on account of his financial and accounting knowledge, has been determined to be an audit committee financial expert. Mr. Romick has 25 years of finance experience, including analyzing and investing in public companies. His knowledge and understanding of public companies, financial statements and information has been extremely useful to the Company. Mr. Romick also serves on the Investment Committee of the Company.
