Steven Sullivan
Description Sullivan joined Ameren, UE, CIPS, and Ameren Services in 1998 as vice president, general counsel, and secretary. He added those positions at Genco in 2000. In 2003, Sullivan was elected vice president, general counsel and secretary of CILCO.
