Description Steven E. Zack, 59, has served on our board since 2006. Mr. Zack has been Chairman of Global Commercial Credit, a specialty credit insurance firm since 2001 and Vice President of LSG Insurance Partners, a retail insurance agency, specializing in products for business or industry since 2000. Mr. Zack also served on the board of Republic Bancorp Inc. from 1999 to 2006. Mr. Zack, with his experience in the insurance industry and management expertise, provides the board valuable insight regarding risk management.
