Description The Company announced that Stuart W. Booth, the Company?s former Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will serve as interim Chief Financial Officer until the successful completion of a search for a new Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Booth, age 59, served as the Company?s Chief Financial Officer from January 2002 to September 2009. Mr. Booth resigned as Chief Financial Officer effective September 8, 2009 and was re-appointed Chief Financial Officer effective January 14, 2010.
