Stuart Romenesko
Description Stuart R. Romenesko has been a member of our Board of Directors since February 2007. Mr. Romenesko currently owns his own financial and management consulting firm focused in the areas of finance, operations and strategy. Mr. Romenesko served as an executive to Petters Group Worldwide, LLC from October 2002 until October 2006. From January 2000 to October 2002, Mr. Romenesko was Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, co-Founder and Director of Magnum Technologies Inc. From January 1994 to June 1999, he served as Senior Vice President Finance, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Assistant Secretary for ValueVision International, Inc., also known as ShopNBC. Mr. Romenesko, a Certified Public Accountant, has held various positions at both regional and international accounting firms. Mr. Romenesko was a director of Enable Holdings, Inc. (ENAB.OB) from January 2006 to March 2007. In addition, Mr. Romenesko has completed the Director Training & Certification Program offered by the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
