Su Zhang
Description Su Zhang, 38, has served as a Director of SOKO since the consummation of the Share Exchange on April 11, 2008. From June 2006 through May 2009, Mr. Zhang served as Managing Director of Investments for Hua-Mei 21st Century LLC, which is affiliated with Guerilla Capital Management, L.L.C. and Hua-Mei 21st Century Partner, LP. From December 2005 until May 2006, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of TengTu International Ltd. Mr. Zhang was a founder of WeiZhXian Science and Technology Co. Ltd. and served as its General Manager from March 2004 to November 2005. From October 2003 through February 2004, Mr. Zhang served as the Assistant President of Joyo.com. From September 2002 through September 2003, Mr. Zhang worked for Legend Capital. Mr. Zhang holds an MBA from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University.
