Description Sun Kangmin, age 53, is Executive Director and Executive Vice President of our Company. He is a senior engineer. He holds an MBA degree from the University of Hong Kong. Mr. Sun served as the Department Head of the Information Industry Department of Sichuan Province, Director General of the Communications Bureau of Sichuan Province, and Chairman and General Manager of Sichuan Telecom Company Limited. He is also Vice President of China Telecom Group. Mr. Sun has 26 years of operational and managerial experience in the telecommunications industry in the PRC.
