Description Ms. Goldy has been our Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary since May 2007, and from June 2003 until May 2007 she was our Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. Ms. Goldy was Associate General Counsel for ARAMARK Corporation from April 2002 to May 2003, and was Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Delco Remy International, Inc. from February 1997 through March 2002.
