Description Mr. Baker has been Executive Vice President and General Counsel of El Paso Pipeline GP Company, L.L.C. since August 2007. He has been Executive Vice President and General Counsel of El Paso since January 2004. From February 2003 to December 2003, he served as Executive Vice President of El Paso and President of El Paso Merchant Energy. He was Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of El Paso from January 2002 to February 2003.
