Description Suzanne V. Baer, formerly Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Energy Partners from 2001 to 2005. Age 62. She became a director of the Company in 2005 and serves as a member of the Audit and Pension Committees. Ms. Baer?s board service experience along with her strong executive background which includes executive positions with Energy Partners, Ltd., Burlington Resources and Louisiana Land and Exploration Company have provided her with distinctive insights into the management and operation of a variety of companies in the energy market. Her financial experience as a CPA combined with her experience leading companies that compete within the energy markets provide the Board with a comprehensive and unique set of skills.
